BackItUPS Return & Warranty Policy

Non-Defective Returns
BackItUPS does not offer routine change-of-mind returns. Any exception requires prior approval from BackItUPS.

All approved non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the purchase price of the returned merchandise. The remaining merchandise balance will be issued as store credit—not a cash or credit-card refund—except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved returns must include proof of purchase, original packaging, and all supplied accessories. Merchandise must be inspected before store credit is issued. Approval is not guaranteed.

Defective Products & Warranty Claims
If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, contact BackItUPS for troubleshooting and evaluation. Eligible defects will be handled according to the applicable manufacturer warranty, including repair or replacement as appropriate.

The 20% non-defective return restocking fee does not apply to verified manufacturer defects or incorrect items supplied by BackItUPS.

Damaged Deliveries or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. Please report damage or incorrect items as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, and provide your order details and photos or video. Keep the packaging for inspection.

Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund. Cancellations after shipment from the manufacturer are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the remaining merchandise balance issued as store credit, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights or manufacturer warranty coverage.
